SPCA calls for ban on private fireworks, tips to protect pets

Today is the 5th of November - Guy Fawkes night is tonight and as they do every year, the SPCA has some tips for pet owners to keep their animals safe. First Up producer Jeremy Parkinson asked the SPCA's Andrea Midgen about the organisation's position on the private sale of fireworks.
