First international netball: Silver Ferns vs England Roses

International netball is back tonight with the Silver Ferns hosting the English Roses in the first game of the three-match Taini Jamison series. Covid-19 hit England netball hard, and the team haven't played competitive games since their domestic competition was shutdown in March. The Silver Ferns go into the series with months of competitive matches behind them. However, Silver Fern midcourter Shannon Saunders is not taking the opportunity to play the first international series since the pandemic began lightly.
