Infectious Trump refuses to take part in 2nd virtual debate

To the US now, where President Donald Trump is refusing to participate in the second Presidential debate which was scheduled for the 15th of October and was to take place in Miami. The commission which runs the debates announced overnight that the debate is to be held virtually with both candidates in different locations. It made the decision after the President's recent hospitalisation for covid-19 and the cluster of cases centred at the White House.
