The Glitter Garden: Kids drag musical for school holidays

A new first of its kind drag musical for kids is opening tonight at Wellington's Circa Theatre. 'The Glitter Garden' is the fabulous creation of George Fowler also known as Hugo Grrrl and Lori Leigh. George says the idea came from a 'strep-throat fever dream' that he penned into a short story, Lori worked her magic and the two turned it into a drag musical theatre experience for children complete with an original soundtrack. Lori explained the plot to Indira Stewart.
