Victim recounts abuse after taken into state care aged 10

We've recently been hearing from victims of the state in the Abuse in Care inquiry Yesterday, the struggles of a young boy taken into state care were relayed to the inquiry. 31 year old Chassy Duncan spoke to the Royal Commission via an audio visual link with the Falkland Islands. He's currently in jail on the British outpost in the South Atlantic ocean after being convicted of assault. Our reporter Andrew McRae was at the hearing.
