Canyon swing record attempt for mental health awareness

Today a Queenstown man is attempting to set the world record for the most number of Canyon Swings in a day. Jason Medina is attempting the record at Shotover Canyon Swing in Queenstown to fundraise for mental health, with all proceeds going to St John. He'll be jumping off a 109 metre high cliff, the length of nearly 2.5 standard commercial aeroplanes. He told our reporter Louise Ternouth it all started as a spitball idea but this morning it will become reality.
