Border closures, physical distancing and number restrictions are putting a stop to concerts this year, leaving many fans disappointed. Ticketmaster's website is full of postponed, rescheduled and cancelled events, so what are consumers rights when it comes to getting their money back? Reporter Louise Ternouth spoke to CEO of Consumer New Zealand John Duffy to find out.
