Public health professor:use NZDF bases for quarantine

Masks should be compulsory attire for a night out to a restaurant or bar according to a leading public health professor. Otago University's Nick Wilson says the government's policy to make masks manadatory on public transport at level 2 and above is good news. But he says it doesn't go far enough. And he says it should also consider shoring up the border but moving all quarantine to airforce bases that means travellers could quarantine where they land. He spoke to health correspondent Rowan Quinn.
