Mangawhai locals say Auckland residents using their baches

A Mangawhai resident says there's no doubt some Aucklanders are flouting Level 3 lockdown rules by leaving the city to stay in their holiday bach. Bruce Rogan has lived in the Northland township for 20 years and has had a place there for about 30. He's the chair of the Ratepayers Association and says locals keep an eye on the town - and knows who owns what house and the cars people drive. And he says, recently there have been visitors - most likely breaking the rules.
