New election date means new young voters eligible

The election date announcement has come as a shock to many - especially to the group of young New Zealanders now eligible to vote. Jacinda Ardern revealed yesterday the election would be pushed back to October 17th - four weeks after the inital September 19 date. That means anyone who turns 18 between those dates, and on October 17 is now able to vote in the election and two referendums. Our Youth Affairs reporter Katie Doyle spoke to a few of the new voters.
