Children's Minister explains Oranga Tamariki law changes

A section of provisions under the Oranga Tamariki act, allowing for the removal of subsequent children, are set to be repealed. Currently, if a parent has had a child previously removed from their care, Oranga Tamariki can apply to take any subsequent children. But the Children's Minister, Tracey Martin, says the law isn't working as intended, and the Government has agreed to change it. She explained the changes to our reporter Katie Doyle.
