Air NZ customers frustrated over flight cancellations
Frustrated Air New Zealand customers say their flights were cancelled time and again, and they've had to pay extra for new tickets and struggled to access information about credits. The airline says an online tool will be available at the end of this month so people can view and use their credit on its website. Aucklander Chantell Xie says her in-law's flights to China were cancelled three times. They booked the tickets through the website trip.com and chose to re-book after each cancellation, paying more than 3000 dollars for an extra service fee and the price difference. Because of the delay, her parents-in-law will have to apply for new visas and maybe also a new medical examination required by Immigration New Zealand.
