Tonga has banned all imports of mutton flaps as it tries to tackle high rates of diabetes and obesity in the country. South Auckland based and Tongan born Mateo Vaihu is New Zealand's 3-time National Bodybuilding champion and is currently running fitness and nutrition programmes to help Pasifika. He told First Up the ban, which came into effect yesterday, is a good start but more needs to be done.
