Dan Hooker loses Las Vegas UFC fight in tight decision

New Zealand MMA fighter Dan Hooker fell to a tight decision loss to Dustin Poirier in Las Vegas in the US yesterday. The Aucklander had hoped to advance from fifth position into the top contender spot to fight for the UFC Lightweight title. Whilst Hooker had a strong first two rounds, Poirier earned a unanimous decision win upping his game in the final round. Mike Angove is a striking coach and was one of Hooker's cornermen and joins us now from Vegas.
