Art in Isolation auction raises money for Youthline

A seven-year-old is one of a number of artists who's donated art to an auction raising money for Youthline. The Art in Isolation auction, which is a collaboration between Urban Art Foundation, oOh!media, Youthline and Trade Me, sees Charlie Juliet McCartney's painting listed alongside the work of Karl Maughan. They and other artists set reserves for their work - with the charity receiving anything earned above that. Charlie's painting was listed for $35 - and has a current bid for 46. She described her painting to First Up's Lydia Batham.
