Restaurants need support during Covid-19 slowdown

The CEO of the Restaurant Association says the Government's Covid-19 package is a good start but well overdue. Businesses that can prove they've seen a 30 per cent drop in revenue in any month between January to June can apply for a new wage subisidy scheme They'll receive 585 dollars 50 per week for full time employees and 350 dollars for part time staff - up to a cap of 150,000 dollars.
