From First Up, 5:09 am on 26 February 2020

Now to Dunedin, where the first steps towards the city's new billion dollar hospital are taking place. Yesterday, a blessing ceremony was held at the former Cadbury factory ahead of demolition. The Cadbury factory is one of two central Dunedin blocks that will form the site of the new hospital. Health Minister David Clark was joined by former Labour MP and the convener of the Southern Partnership Group, which oversees the development, Pete Hodgson. The Labour Party campaigned in 2017 on beginning construction of the hospital in its first term in Government.
