Chaos in Iowa as Democrats vote

The Iowa caucus - the first stop in the long road to pick a Democratic Party candidate to run against President Donald Trump - has ended in drama and embarrassment for the party. Contest results have been delayed by technical glitches and it's presented a prime opportunity for President Donald Trump to gloat with his State of The Union address to be delivered later today.
