Masterton housing under pressure

Masterton's community housing provider is asking the government to open up its rent-to-income scheme to all its tenants, who they say are unfairly disadvantaged just for living in the region. That's because there are no state-owned social homes, with the more than 500 that were there sold to that community housing provider - Trust House - 20 years ago.
