Christmas is busy for any small business - but what happens if your power company plans an outage mid-way through December? For the owner of the Buckley Road Foodstore in Auckland, Maureen Ballard, it means missing a whole day at work and a catering job that could pay her rent for the whole of January. Maureen's power provider Vector is planning an outage next week and it's refusing to provide any compensation or a backup generator. Our producer Katie Doyle has the story.
