Climate catastrophe looming if failure to reduce emissions

Millions of people displaced. A cost of trillions to the global economy. Irreversible damage to the Antarctic ice sheets. Once-in-a century coastal floods happening once a year. The findings of a new IPCC report on the ocean and cryosphere suggest that's the worst case scenario if we fail to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions.
