Nationwide consistent quality care needed for dementia patients

The head of Alzheimers New Zealand says her wish for World Alzheimers Awareness month is for the health system to be consistent for people living with dementia across the country. Catherine Hall says a National Dementia plan would make sure that quality services for dementia patients were shared throughout the country. She told First Up Executive producer Jeremy Parkinson about Alzheimer's New Zealand's strategy for making more people aware of the condition.
