Plug pulled on Aussie protest BBQ

A meaty protest has got out of hand, before it even started. It came about after a vegan woman called Cilla Carden from Perth took her neighbours all the way to the Supreme Court - to stop them having barbecues, bouncing balls and smoking. In response, a Facebook event calling for a community barbecue to take place on her road was set up. It was never meant to be serious, but soon enough more than 21-thousand people had either said they'd attend or were interested in going. Our producer Lydia Batham spoke to organiser Morgan Leckie.
