Property specialist says seaside property getting hard to sell

A long-time real estate agent in Nelson says it's getting harder to sell property around Tasman Bay, areas of which is at risk from sea level rise. Doug McKee says costs are going up, and people are being put off, as floor levels on new buildings in high-risk zones are having to be built up to two metres higher than normal.
