A 23 year old is using her own experience with mental health to push for better education for young people in all New Zealand schools. Lucy McSweeney gave a heartfelt submission to the Health Select Committee at Parliament yesterday about what needs to happen, so students are better equipped to deal with their own mental health and how to support others. Her online petition on Action Station's website attracted more than 10 thousand signatures. She sat down with political reporter Charlie Dreaver and videographer Dom Thomas to talk about why mental health education is so crucial for students.
