Is New Zealand dragging the blockchain?

It's a new technology that's been described as the biggest thing since the internet, and advocates say it's now or never for New Zealand to get on-board. Blockchain was created for the controversial cryptocurrency Bitcoin, but the technology can be used in just about any industry. And as its popularity mushrooms, the Statistics Minister James Shaw says the New Zealand government is lagging behind. Here's In Depth reporter Max Towle
