Veggie butcher: farmers worried by rise in alternative protein

A vegetarian butcher reckons some farmers are threatened by the rise in alternative proteins. The Protein Tech conference in Auckland has been looking at the future of food production and consumption. At the conference there was debate about whether plant-based products should be able to use meat and dairy terms like sausage and milk on their labels. Suzy Spoon, a vegetarian butcher based, in Sydney spoke to Maya burry about her work.
