Spending hours on YouTube can be fun, but it's not everyday that you get to re-live a few minutes of your youth and help others do so too.
Simon Lynch has done just that - peering down the YouTube rabbit-hole over the weekend, he spotted a bunch of young rockers very familiar to him. It was The Rolling Stones on stage at Western Springs in 1973.
The footage, with no audio, (taken by Ross Guy) had been uploaded from an old video-tape of New Zealand surf movies. And what made it more special for Simon was that he was at Western Springs that day in 1973.
Simon tells Jeremy Parkinson about how he re-discovered the footage.
