Improvements in mental health service expected in Budget

People living with mental health problems, in the community, say they value the support but also want more acceptance from others. Long-awaited improvements in mental health services are expected to be at the core of the Government's Wellbeing Budget on Thursday. Many hope that earlier help for those that need it on the ground will be a major focus. Health Correspondent Karen Brown, went out to meet some of those being looked after at home.
