Royal baby etiquette

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed a baby boy yesterday at 5:26 in the morning London time. The couple have marked themselves out by having quite a different relationship with their subjects, their fans and the press. Someone who knows a lot about Royal protocol and what Prince Harry and Megan have done differently is William Hanson, he's an authority on etiquette and protocol and he joins Indira Stewart to explain more.
