When we think of the late comedian, writer, satirist, and performer John Clarke - aka Fred Dagg, words like legend and icon often come to mind. But for his daughter Lorin, there's also another description - simply - Dad.
Lorin has created a new highly personal documentary, Not Only Fred Dagg, a detailed account of growing up with her father, looking at his upbringing in Palmerston North and tracking his quick rise to fame both here in New Zealand and Australia.
In cinemas from Boxing Day, it's a love letter with interviews, stories, and memories from the likes of Sam Neill, Rhys Darby and former colleagues and collaborators.
