At only 21 years old Hannah Faesenkloet has already designed a range of technological innovations - from clothing to help the hearing impaired to an app that helps you forage around Wellington. Now, with three others, she's started her own company, Cogo which is developing a tool to help companies better utilise the knowledge and skills of employees.
