Topics - We will soon be able to watch live footage of Earth from outer space thanks to HD webcams that are about to be permanently fitted to the International Space Station. Is driving with a hangover just as dangerous as drink driving? An international study is being presented today at the Australasian Professional Society on Alcohol and Drugs conference in Brisbane. Police say they're considering adopting a lowered speed tolerance of 4kmh above the limit at all times if their summer campaign saves lives. The move will mark the first time the reduced speed tolerance is applied beyond an official holiday period.
