Record solo yacht attempt

Back at the beginning of 2012, former Otago Boys High alumnus Doctor Stanley Paris was a 74-year-old with a 64ft yacht and a mission: to become the oldest person to sail around the world solo. Stanley is 76 now, and he and 'Kiwi Spirit' - his Bruce Farr-designed yacht - are just about ready to go.
