A Waikato businessman believes he's uncovered evidence which may put to rest the issue of who killed the Bain family. David Giles says his examination of a photo from the crime scene tells him that it was Robin Bain who loaded and fired the rifle used to shoot dead four members of the family in Dunedin in 1994.
