Southern Story for 20 June 2013 - Biodigestors

Bio-gas is a preferred energy solution in parts of the developing world, but hasn't gained much traction here. One man hoping to change this is Bill Rucks. He's got small-scale system in his backyard in Nelson, and he's also growing various types of algae in his photobioreactors. Some are feedstock for the biodigestors and some he plans to eat.
