Victorian Heritage Celebrations in Oamaru

Men with thick dramatic mustaches that curl up on the ends riding penny farthings will not be out of place this weekend in Oamaru. The Waikaki town is having it's annual Victorian Heritage Celebrations and Victorian Fete this weekend.
