Cancer is the leading cause of death in New Zealand, but there are many forms of it, and doctors need to know exactly what kind they're dealing with to determine the best treatment. Pathologist, Christopher Pease spends much of his time looking down the microscope at slides, and uses his excellent knowledge of what normal and abnormal cells look like to diagnose disease.
