Mario Fernandez - Coffee Man

Mario Fernandez comes from a family in Mexico with a 180-year history of growing, processing and exporting coffee. He is certified to teach people the art of coffee tasting, the only person with a "cupping instructor" qualification in Australia and New Zealand.
