Workers who routinely pull sickies may be dissuaded from doing so by employment law changes that come into effect tomorrow. While texting may well be on the way out, with the ability of the mobile phone to receive and send e-mails, often at better speeds than landline broadband, the next phase will in fact be wide acceptance of mobile e-mail and internet surfing using the mobile network.
