They call themselves the Halloween Institute and they're trying to scare up support for declaring Halloween a public holiday in Australia. Super girl, Tom Cruise and other costume clad protestors marched to Parliament House to ask New South Wales Premier Kristina Keneally to make October 31 an official holiday.
