Fresh fast food

From Afternoons, 3:10 pm on 16 October 2009

Wellington chef, Jacob Brown joins us from The Larder in Seatoun. Jacob has always been not just a master of taste, but also appearance. His artistry is a reflection of his background. He trained under Sydney greats like Gay Bilson at the Opera House's Bennelong and Sean Moran at Sean's Panaroma, received his first head chef appointment from Janni Kyritsis, opening Fuel as the brasserie arm of MG Garage next door, and, most recently, he made the name of Tabou, in Surry Hills.
