David Cohen has recently returned from Hawaii where he's been on a very special food journey.
He developed an interest in regional cuisines when he was working on the RNZ Cookbook and has come back with a wealth of knowledge on indigenous food as well as some great recipes.
David shares with Jesse what he learnt about traditional Hawaii cuisine and a few recipes.
