Veteran Māori activist and author Te Ringa Mangu Mihaka, known to many as Dun Mihaka, died last week.
Dun was 81 years old, and spent his life campaigning for Māori rights, including te reo Māori advocacy and the Bastion Point occupation - leaving a legacy of challenging the status quo.
One man who knew him, is award-winning cartoonist and political columnist, Tom Scott. He spoke with Jesse.
