Each year 25 volunteers in Gore recycle 650 tonnes of paper and cardboard - all the the volunteers are between 70 and 90 years old.
The Gore Pākeke Lions Club started the operation about 30 years ago. John Faulkner has been involved since the beginning and talks to Jesse about their efforts.
