A drive is underway to get more New Zealanders, especially women, involved in dairying.
That comes as some farms struggle to find workers.
Eastern Bay of Plenty dairy farmer Shannon Munro is the face of a Dairy NZ campaign hoping to address the shortage.
She talks to Jesse about the campaign and her own experience as a farmer.
