Concerns are growing in Nelson over a proposed residential development in Maitai Valley.
The Save the Maitai group says the area is a prime recreation spot and the majority of submissions to council oppose the development.
The group's spokesperson Peter Taylor tells Jesse why they are so opposed to the plan.
