Australian actress Sarah Wynter, known for her roles in 24 and Goliath, carried a painful secret about what happened to her after the birth of her twin boys more than 10 years ago. She suffered from the most severe form of post-partum depression and was hospitalised. She's sharing her story now and is executive producer of a new movie that seeks to start a conversation about maternal mental health called A Mouthful of Air.
