NZ farmed shellfish have a very low carbon foot print

New Zealand-farmed shellfish have a similar carbon footprint to tofu according to a just-released study, co-funded by the Ministry for Primary Industries and Aquaculture New Zealand.

It was conducted by the organisation thinkstep-anz. Technical director Jeff Vickers talks to Jesse about the implications for the seafood industry in the future.
