Improving healthcare through anonymous first hand experiences

From Afternoons, 1:30 pm on 17 September 2021

A new online platform set up by Massey University researchers is asking New Zealanders to submit stories about their experiences with healthcare.

The aim of the project - Wāhi Kōrero - is to publish these anonymously to help decision makers improve our healthcare system.

Dr Felicity Ware is a Hauora Māori Senior Lecturer at Massey and co-lead on this project and talks to Jesse about the feedback they're getting.
